The customer service at Distinctive Auto Repair is truly refreshing. I called these guys about a month ago with a problem that I simply could not figure out. Chris told me to bring it in and he would make room for me. I was there approx. 2 hours and he had ascertained the problem, had the part delivered and I was back on the road. I am back today with a different issue..,which says quite a bit, due to the fact that I live in Hendersonville (52 miles one way).

These guys are amazing! I had one of my service trucks break down in Franklin on a Wednesday evening around 5:30pm and Austin sent a tow truck out and had it towed to Murfreesboro and even had my truck fixed by 10:00 that same night and i was able to pick it up the very next morning. It’s great to have a shop that understands how important it is to a business to have their vehicles on the road everyday. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I had my brake pads and rotors replaced here recently. The service was quick and friendly. They were helpful in answering all of my questions over the phone before I even took my car in for repairs. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable. I had been given a quote by another local repair shop for the same job, and taking it to Distinctive Auto Repair over the other shop saved me $100! Highly Recommend, and I will be coming back whenever my car needs repairs in the future.
