Brought in a 1975 Ford Maverick to get an oil change and it only took about an hour. They even looked over the car for anything unusual, even though they were not used to looking at older cars.

Took the truck in first thing in the morning. Had the diagnosis and repair by mid afternoon. Reasonable price considering that it's a diesel truck. Very helpful. Will use then again.

Took my 2017 Kia Sorento in at 9:30 on a Wednesday morning on a recommendation from Firestone. They immediately agreed with them that my head gasket was bad. They told me I’d hear from them by the end of the day with an estimate on cost and time of repair. Never received any communication. Friday morning I went to check it and get some things from my car. They said they we’re having trouble getting parts and it might take2 weeks. Again told they would call me by the end of the day. Again, no phone call. Monday morning I call again, the response is “ I don’t know the status “. They seemed completely uninterested in repairing my car. I’m done. I lost over $ 500 in work during the 5 days they had my car and did NOTHING. Had it towed to Kia. Distinctive charged me $131.70 for DOING NOTHING. I will not be returning to Distinctive Auto.

I’ve been here twice, Robert is the man! Once for an oil change and once for a clutch replacement. They will get you in and out fast and they’re prices are very very reasonable! If you have any auto needs or repairs that need to be taken care of do not hesitate to come here. They will take good care of you.

I highly recommend Distinctive Auto Repair. Every person there was through, Courteous and tenacious beyond belief. They never gave up on my repair. They worked for months with the extended warranty company until they agreed to replace the engine. Each time I called, which was many, they didn’t act frustrated with my calling and answered my questions.I appreciate each person there so much!
