I consider Distinctive Automotive my go to shop. I've had to repair 2 different vehicles at different times and have experienced the same level of honesty and professionalism every time I call. Parking may be tight but they fix your cars. Thanks guys.

The guys at Distinctive are great. Took my Mazda CX-9 in with the engine light on fully expecting a bill over $1000. They figured the issue out and fixed that issue for less than $75, then they also fixed the blower motor for the heat/AC and fixed my driver door. All for way less than expecting. Great, honest and dependable. Have been taking my vehicles there for years and tell others about them as well. Thank you Distinctive Automotive!!

They have had my vehicle for 7 business days plus the weekend so that's 9 total Days. They told me on 5 different days that the fuel pump I needed would be delivered 5 different times each time.. I HAD TO CALL THEM to find out the part never came not one time did they reach out to me . Today is the 7th business day and they still have my vehicle and have NO CLUE where THE PART IS. Someone said that they would call me back with an update and I kno they won't. I'm finna get my car pulled from them and take it somewhere else. This place is is too small and they don't have the capacity to do the job in a timely manner I'm out of so much money dealing with them so don't waste your time coming here trust me.

This is by far the best auto service business in Murfreesboro - probably the best in the southeast. Chris and his crew are the most honest and the most dedicated to excellence that I have ever encountered, and I mean in my lifetime of 68 years. Not just highly recommended, but literally, to those that have not experienced this level of professionalism and integrity, you cannot know what you are missing. Give them a try. I called around looking for a shop that could flash my PCM. I was told that this could be done here. What they didn't tell me was that this was done by a contractor that came in on an occasional basis and was not always at the shop. This caused several delays to completing my repairs. I had to call to get updates, and was told several times that the repairs would be completed by end of day. After all was finished it took almost two weeks to complete and cost me several thousand dollars in hotel fees. If they had been completely honest about their ability to flash the computer, I could have gone to a different shop that had the equipment inhouse. I would not recommend thos shop for service. They have not even bothered to apologize for the lack of total honesty about the shops capabilities or lack of. An apology would have gone a LONG WAY, but they handled that the way they did the whole job. They just kept silent
