Chris and his team always take SUCH great care of all my cars. Reasonably priced and flexible to work with. I really appreciate them answering all of my questions.

The customer service at Distinctive Auto Repair is truly refreshing. I called these guys about a month ago with a problem that I simply could not figure out. Chris told me to bring it in and he would make room for me. I was there approx. 2 hours and he had ascertained the problem, had the part delivered and I was back on the road. I am back today with a different issue..,which says quite a bit, due to the fact that I live in Hendersonville (52 miles one way).

Austin and Hannah do an excellent job! Brought my car in for a quick oil change and it was done within 30 minutes. Dependable and honest company. Would certainly recommend using them for all your auto repair needs!

These guys are fantastic guys!! They put the front of my Rodeo back together. Of course I supplied all the parts. They took off the step bars and fix the ignition issue all in one day. And the best part the price was right. I'll be back when I get my push grill. You can bet on that!!

Not only did these guys stay open late so I could drop my car off, they had it ready before promised & at an exceptional price. Chris & Austin here at Distinctive Auto Repair are amazing! As a single mom with 2 jobs, finding time to drop my car off for repairs is next to impossible. These guys at Distinctive went above and beyond! They stayed open late to ensure I was able to leave my vehicle, I cannot say thanks enough! These guys are amazing! I had one of my service trucks break down in Franklin on a Wednesday evening around 5:30pm and Austin sent a tow truck out and had it towed to Murfreesboro and even had my truck fixed by 10:00 that same night and i was able to pick it up the very next morning. It’s great to have a shop that understands how important it is to a business to have their vehicles on the road everyday. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
