I was stranded several hours from home with a failed alternator on New Year's Day. These guys were one of the few places that could work me in, and within an hour my vehicle was towed to their shop and diagnosed. I worked with Koty to coordinate the tow and service, and he called me immediately with the diagnosis, and was even able to expedite the part shipment to get me back on the road a day sooner than I had expected.

This place was recommended, the gentleman Manny seemed in a rush when I brought it in he said to email him specifics so I did. Not one thing on specifics list was done, the truck looked great and I didn't thourly inspect the side that came in with no damage, so I passed it . Got home 1 mile away and on the side with no damage down on bottom edge Is a fresh place of damage dented in paint chipped off that wasn't there. I immediately called him and he said I must have done damage on way home! That's his response. I'll never take another vehicle there. He could have repaired that spot in a jiffy to keep a good customer but he's lost a customer and any recommendations!

They were so helpful and very sweet and understanding. These guys are the best. I definitely recommend Distinctive Auto Repair. I was referred to them by Christian Brothers Auto Repair because of the type of car I have which is a Suzuki Sx4. Please pay them a visit. They will treat you right.
