I set an appointment for them on the 18th of July and get a estimate and answer to my solution I have a warranty covered my vehicle and it is July 29th and I still don’t have my car I talked to a Man named Cody and it’s seems to me they don’t have a good enough parts delivery driver I waited 12 days and still don’t have my car I call up there and all they say is we still waiting on parts this has to be the worse experience ever I dealing with any auto shop in the past 12days just for an oil cooler is unacceptable during them 12 days I called repeatedly and get the same answer i was told my warranty was accepted I was told it would been done 2-3 days ago and yet I’m still to have my vehicle

Had rear right, Catalytic Converters replaced on 9/24/20, only to be having the exact same symptoms with my car, they are supposed to last 10 yrs, it's only been 2 yrs. Was told 1 hour & $710.09, it took 4 1/2 hrs. & they never said why it was taking so long, never apologized, nothing..0 customer service skills & my car died, right off the rip when I started it up to leave!!! Guess Noah was right, he said they all, including owner got their start at Firestone aka (Crooks), Then 11/22/21 had AC blower motor replaced just to be having same issues again. By the services I have received from this auto repair center, I can tell they all got their start at Firestone!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! I believe the good, bad, & ugly reviews need to be shared so, us consumers can make a knowledgeable decision before hand!!

I had my oil changed there and they were quick ,polite and reasonably priced. I will gladly recommend them

Had air conditioning go out called Distinctive they got me in same day very professional will return again.

We are from out of town .. just passing through and our car needed a new alternator at around 430pm on a Tuesday. They got us all repaired and going again in a little over an hour! They are AMAZING!

Like the payment plan.. car still isn't working properly.. I don't know if I needed an alignment or what.. they are busy but they're fast..would like my car looked at again but I work a lot and my schedule never fits theirs
